Feedback and Complaints

We are always keen to recieve feedback on our services (compliments, suggestions or complaints), and we encourage patients to provide this either in person, via email at admin@hamiltonmedical.com.au, or via our inhouse suggestion box.

If you have a complaint regarding the practice or any member of staff within it, please fill in this form with as much detail as possible. Once received, the Practice Manager will be in contact to discuss your complaint and how we can improve our service.
