Over the past 18 months we’ve all had to adjust to a new way of life. One of the major aspects that has changed is how we receive our health care. The health care industry has quickly adapted to the challenge, but it’s been a hard road for both practices and patients.

At Hamilton Medical Centre, we put your safety first, always. We have measures in place to ensure that we minimise risks to patients, practice staff and the community. These measures may mean that you receive your health care via an unconventional method, and we certainly understand that this can be a daunting experience.

We’ve been utilising new forms of technology to help ensure that you as a patient are receiving high quality of care, regardless of whether you attend the practice in person, via video chat, or over the phone.

Please be assured that our doctors are in the practice and are ready and able to see you for an in person consultation should that be necessary. Please discuss this with your doctor during your next consultation.
